On the YZ250F and YZ450F, the tight packaging around the tank and airbox forces the stock rubber vent hose into an unnatural bend. The vent hose kinks. The tank can build pressure without proper ventilation. Fuel flow can be interrupted — right when the engine needs it most.
The XPR No Kinky is the fix.
This one-piece billet aluminum elbow cleanly reroutes the vent hose with a smooth, natural bend that flows freely — no kinks, no pressure spikes, and no fuel delivery surprises. High quality piece. Great anodizing. Easy fit. QR code didn’t work on the package for instructions, but if you can change lock-on grips you can install this. Not a high performance part, but added peace of mind in case of over heating. Added bling a plus!
I recently purchased a 2nd injector and vortex remap for my 2025 Husqvarna FC 250. It made a huge difference across the power band! The Husky is very linear and it stayed that way, just more power everywhere. I also noticed more over rev on top. This is much better than just buying a pipe. It was easy to install with clear and concise instructions. I have zero complaints. While not cheap, its still money well spent for noticeable power gains.
The second injector with the vortex is hands down the best upgrade to the yz250f that I have done. I did the 450 air box mod prior to this and it helped with bottom end a little but after switching over to this second injector it is a night and day difference. The second injector completely wakes the bike up. I have mine mapped to run t4 and it is phenomenal. If I had to do it again, I would’ve skipped the 450 airbox mod and gone straight to this.
So much more power! Stop thinking about it and just do it. Totally worth it!

How can you not give this 5 ☆. Best aftermarket small part that can make that ride in the back country a pleasant one. Instead of walking the bike back to the truck because Yamaha engineering thought a piece of plastic MM from the exhaust won't get soft and rupture. Thank you XPR for that peace of mind.
Ordered the dual injector and Vortex ECU from XPR. Shipping was super quick. I even emailed asking a few questions when i got it and Leah responded immediately (on a Saturday night literally in the middle of A1). So exceptional service but the injector kit and mapping on the ECU are even better. I'm absolutely amazed at just how much this combo woke up my sons 2025 YZ250F. I can't recommend these guys enough.
I had flame out issues on the KTM 350XCF 2018 model i tried from the start adding a fly wheel weight then after that i added a rekluse clutch i even reflashed the ECU via a reputable local tuner with still no luck! or a result i was looking for so in the end i let the moths out of my wallet and got to the core of the issue and that was installing a xpr mapped Vortex and that nailed it on the head , the bike is insane and pulls like a 16 year with a playboy magazine ! Trust me dont be a tight ass and just buy it ! No flame outs at all !

Over all the years that I have been riding / racing I have tried many companies and products. As a vet rider / racer I can absolutely say that XPR Motorsports is by far the best place to deal with, their customer service is bar none, the quality of their products is fantastic. I have done a lot of research on ECUs and how they change the bike. This ECU has brought my bike to life in a way I did not know was possible. It almost feels like a 350 now!! The low-end map in the sand works phenomenally. It’s almost like being able to go up one tooth in the rear sprocket by a map! Then, the all-around best power map made my chassis feel much more compliant, and the power was consistent throughout the throttle range. This ECU helps your bike’s power, suspension, and chassis feel. Trust me. It's worth every penny!
